Take part in the Washington Women in Jazz Festival Young Artist Showcase! The showcase is for emerging jazz women musicians in high school and college. Selected young artists will:
- Perform in a showcase with the WWJF trio
- Receive adjudication from arts professionals
- Meet regional and international WWJF artists
- Network with musicians at a jam session after the performance
All events will take place at THEARC in SE Washington DC, supported by Levine Music on Saturday, March 4th, 2017.
To apply, submit two contrasting pieces and a recommendation from your teacher to amy@washingtonwomeninjazz.com by February 1, 2017
